Professional Assessment

At Manfield, our recruiters are trained to conduct professional assessment of candidates at all times. Our assessment consist of the following:

  1. Psychological Test
    Personality, logic & reasoning ability, analytical thinking, creativity, judgment ability and other personality components
  2. Knowledge Test
    Knowledge of job, leadership/ management practices, etc
  3. Skills Test
    Communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, languages proficiency, etc
  4. Performance Test
    Ability of applicants to do some parts of the work for which they are to be recruited. E.g. typing test for typist
  5. Response Test
    Physiological response to questions
  6. Attitude & Honesty Tests
    Attitude about work and values
  7. Reference & Background Checking
    Relevancy of resume information such as job accomplishment, job titles, salary packages, educational background and other facts
  8. Realistic Job Preview
    Gaps between actual job (from employers) and expected job (from applicants). The type of work, environment, working conditions, salary packages, etc.
