At Manfield, our recruiters are trained to conduct professional assessment of candidates at all times. Our assessment consist of the following:
- Psychological Test
Personality, logic & reasoning ability, analytical thinking, creativity, judgment ability and other personality components - Knowledge Test
Knowledge of job, leadership/ management practices, etc - Skills Test
Communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, languages proficiency, etc - Performance Test
Ability of applicants to do some parts of the work for which they are to be recruited. E.g. typing test for typist - Response Test
Physiological response to questions - Attitude & Honesty Tests
Attitude about work and values - Reference & Background Checking
Relevancy of resume information such as job accomplishment, job titles, salary packages, educational background and other facts - Realistic Job Preview
Gaps between actual job (from employers) and expected job (from applicants). The type of work, environment, working conditions, salary packages, etc.
